Fresh Paint opened its doors in May of 2009 as a shop highlighting furniture as a functional form of art.  Ranging in age from early to late 20th Century, our pieces have survived decades of use, reflecting eras where price of craftsmanship existed, making them especially durable.  Our goal is to demonstrate equal quality and pride in what we do.  Fresh Paint is located in the historic city of Maplewood, Missouri.

Our furniture has humble beginnings.  It may have had neglect over the years and only deemed worthy of disposal.  These pieces are given a new life and modern adaption through the refinishing process:  paint colors that are current, special ornamentation and hardware change out, and conversion of the item to give it a different use, such as a radio cabinet redesigned to be a mini-bar.
